- Visibility and Recognition: Your logo and link featured on our Southwest Safety Conference exhibitors webpage and in our newsletter.
- Complimentary Amenities: Two exhibitor name badges, along with breakfast, snacks, and lunch provided.
- Additional Display Option: Opportunity to bring one (1) banner stand for your table.
- Event Timing: This one-day event runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with table setup available from 7 - 8 a.m.
- Location: All vendor tabletops will be in the Fiesta Ballroom or ballroom hallway (depending on set-up).
- First-Come, First-Served: Tables are assigned based on order of reservation.
- Table Reservation: Tables are 6’ in size and will be reserved upon receipt of full payment.
